He was born in 1960 in Zagreb. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Sarajevo. From 1995 to 1996 he was the president of the Executive Board of the Travnik Municipality. In 1996, he was appointed Governor-General of the Central Bosnia Canton, and in that position he remains until 2001. From 2003 to 2007 he was Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, and after that Vice President of the Agram Group. Since 2012, he was director of the Sarajevo-based company GP Put. In November 2016, the FB&H Government appointed him to the court Director of PC Motorways FB&H.

He was born in 1979 in Čajniče. He graduated from Civil Engineering Faculty (INSA Grande Ecole) in Lyon, France, and got the Master of Science Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from Edinburgh, Scotland. In France, with 27 years of age he got his Technical Science PhD in the field of Civil Engineering. He worked for a short period of time for the group Bouygues Construction. As being the Civil Infrastructure Expert he was employed at the company RTEEDF in France. During the period of living in France and the UK he took part in a number of important infrastructure projects. After arriving in 2008, in B&H where he was appointed as advisor to the Minister of Physical Planning heparticipated in the development of the legal framework and technical regulations for infrastructural buildings that are of importance to Federation of B&H. He was an assistant at the University of Lyon and Assistant Professor at theFaculty of Civil Engineering, University of Sarajevo. He was the author of publications in the international scientific journals and conferences in Europe, the U.S.A, Japan and India.
