The contract on the costruction of the motorway on Corridor Vc, section Poprikuše – Nemila, was signed
on 16 November 2020.
Contractor is Cengiz insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S (Turkey).
The value of the Contract for the construction of the section Poprikuše – Nemila is 208 059 247.42 euros
VAT included, that is 177 828 416,60 euros VAT excluded. The construction of this section will be
financed by the funds ensured within the Loan Contract concluded with the European Bank for
Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in the amount of 70 million of euros, European Investment
Bank (EIB) in the amount of 90 million of euros and with the grant funds of the European Union in the
amount of 41,1 million euros which are insured within the Agenda for Connecting over the Western
Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF).
Poprikuše – Nemila section, in the total length of 5.5 km, will be built according to the contract “design
and build” (design and build – yellow FIDIC). The section starts with Poprikuše interchange crosses over
the existing main road M17 and the local traffic road with viaduct of the length 168 m and after it route
enters in Golubinja tunnel (in the length 3 659 m). The section crosses with the bridge in the length of 218
m across the main road and Bosna river and crosses over the railway with the viaduct in the length 108 m.
Anticipated deadline of the construction is 42 months.
