Restriction of objects during winter conditions on the road

Under the winter conditions of traffic on the roads, at least one of the following situations shall be considered:

1. A) When the snow falls and catches on the cart track,
2. B) When on the greater surface of the carriage there are remains of torn and sleet,
3. C) When it rains and falls on a cart track, or
4. D) When August is frozen.
