The supervisory board of JP Autoceste FBiH at the session held on August 14, 2024. appointed members of the Management Board of JP Autocesta FBiH d.o.o. Mostar for a period of four years, namely:

Denis Lasić –  Director

He was born in 1974 in Mostar. He graduated from the Secondary School of Electrical Engineering in Mostar in 1992, and obtained his Diploma in Mathematics Teaching in 1999 at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics of the University of Mostar. In 2012, he completed his postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Sarajevo. Between 1999 and 2011, he was the director of the Secondary School of Economics “Jozo Martinović” in Mostar, and from 2011 to 2015 he held the office of the President of the Government of Herzegovina-Neretva County. He held the position of Federal Minister of Transport and Communications from 2015 to 2023. He is the President of the Board of Directors of the Croatian Sports Club “Zrinjski”.

Kristijan Milas –  Executive Director for Economic and Financial affairs

He was born in 1981 in Mostar. Graduated economist by profession. From 2006 he worked at Jelić Auto in the sales department, and from 2007 to 2014 he worked as the manager of NLB Leasing d.o.o. Sarajevo, Mostar branch. From 2012 to 2014, he was a member of the Administrative Council of the Institute for Public Health of the Croatian National University. In the period from 2014 to 2022, he held the position of director of the Joint Stock Company “Ceste” Mostar.

Asmir DževlanExecutive Director for Design and Construction

He was born in 1976 in Sarajevo. Graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Sarajevo in 2002. He worked at GIK Hidrogradnja d.d. Sarajevo from 2001 to 2002. From 2002 to 2003 he was employed as a production director in the company Širbegović inženjering In the period from 2003 to 2023, he held the position of managing director of Ans Drive d.o.o. Sarajevo.

Mirko Rogić – Executive Director for Management and Maintenance

He was born in 1982 in Mostar. Graduated lawyer by profession. Worked for five years in the law office of Paponja – Bunoza. Passed the judicial state exam in 2018, and the bar exam in 2019. In the period from 2018 to 2022, he worked as a Senior Professional Associate for the exercise of user rights in the Service for the Protection of the Rights of Veterans and Their Families of the City Administration of the City of Mostar.

Mirnesa Agić –  Executive Director for General, Personnel and Legal Affairs

She was born in 1984 in Sarajevo. Has a degree in economics. In addition to the Department for Electronic Toll Collection, since 2019 she has also managed the Department for Analytics and Monitoring Revenue from Toll Collection. She has represented Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Transport Community since 2019, and in 2022, as the general director of JP Autoceste FBiH, she signed an MoU with the directors of public companies of the Western Balkan countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia) concerning joint cooperation and exchange of experiences in the form of meetings at the management level. She holds the certificates “Territorial cooperation program of the Directorate for European Integration” (January 2021) – Directorate for European Integration and “Communication skills in English in the process of European integration” (January 2021) – Directorate for European Integration.
