Federalna vlada je donijela Odluku o utvrđivanju javnog interesa za izgradnju brze ceste Lašva – Nević Polje u dužini od 24,385 kilometara.

Korisnik eksproprijacije nekretnina potrebnih za njenu izgradnju je JP Autoceste FBiH d.o.o. Mostar. Ovom javnom preduzeću je naloženo da pokrene postupak eksproprijacije nekretnina prema već urađenim elaboratima.

Vlada Federacije BiH je 2014. godine donijela Odluku o utvrđivanju općeg interesa za izgradnju brze ceste Lašva – Vitez – Donji Vakuf, a kako je od dana njenog donošenja protekao rok od dvije godine u kojem je bilo potrebno pokrenuti postupak eksproprijacije, donesena je nova odluka o utvrđivanju javnog interesa, što je zakonski uslov za pokretanje postupka eksproprijacije.
